We are John and Susie Bell, founders of FAROS International
we are honored to share our journey with you. Guided by our Christian faith, we are dedicated to expanding our God-given mission in the nations.
Thanks to your generous support, we have reached new milestones: establishing collaborations in Israel, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Mexico, while deepening our impact in Colombia. Our initiatives include equipping indigenous leaders with our specialized curriculum, launching new church plants, and facilitating vital community outreach programs.

Formation
Intentionally Growing Spiritually - Formation is about becoming more like Jesus as we grow in our faith. It’s a lifelong journey where we let God shape us to be more loving and kind. 2 Corinthians 3:18
Adoration as a Lifestyle
Worship Every Day - Adoration means living in a way that shows we love and respect God in everything we do, not just in special moments but throughout our daily lives. Romans 12:1
Reconciliation
Healing Relationships - Reconciliation is about mending broken relationships, whether with others or with God. It’s God’s way of bringing us back together and asking us to do the same with each other. Corinthians 5:18
Obedience in Prayer
Listening and Following - Obedience in prayer means trusting God and doing what He says when we pray. It’s about listening to Him and following His guidance. 1 John 5:14
Sonship
Being God’s Child - Sonship means that through Jesus, we are adopted into God’s family. We’re His beloved children, with all the love and care that He as the Perfect Parent provides.Galatians 3:26
John & Susie
Together, we bring over 23 years of experience in international service and community development. In 2023, we founded and pioneered FAROS International as a continuation of projects that began in Colombia, South America, in the village of San Basilio de Palenque in 2010. Casa de Luz in Palenque serves as FAROS’ South American campus, while Vida Ranch in North Texas is our base. From these locations, we travel to nations across Latin America, Africa, the UK, Europe, and beyond, teaching and mentoring local leaders, equipping them to serve in their challenging contexts. We proudly say “Yes” to Jesus’ Great Commission to the nations!

We love the nations of the world. We understand the Great Commission that calls us to go to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the earth, preaching the gospel to all creation. Whenever we have the opportunity to impact the nations for Jesus, we give our very best to say “Yes” to God’s call. The nations belong to Jesus.

As the daughter of missionaries, I had the privilege to join and serve the nations. God’s mission is deeply rooted in my heart. Opportunities to minister and serve people arise all over the world when we are willing to say “Yes!” to God. Our FAROS family proudly says “Yes!”
