About us
We are John and Susie Bell, founders of FAROS International
and we are honored to share our journey with you. Guided by our Christian faith, we are dedicated to expanding our God-given mission in the nations.
Thanks to your generous support, we have reached new milestones: establishing collaborations in Israel, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Mexico, while deepening our impact in Colombia. Our initiatives include equipping indigenous leaders with our specialized curriculum, launching new church plants, and facilitating vital community outreach programs.
As we continue to follow Christ’s calling, we invite you to celebrate with us the achievements of over 10 years of service together and to explore how your participation can strengthen our shared mission of transformative change.

Our Values
Formation
Intentionally Growing Spiritually - Formation is about becoming more like Jesus as we grow in our faith. It’s a lifelong journey where we let God shape us to be more loving and kind. 2 Corinthians 3:18
Adoration as a Lifestyle
Worship Every Day - Adoration means living in a way that shows we love and respect God in everything we do, not just in special moments but throughout our daily lives. Romans 12:1
Healing Relationships
Reconciliation is about mending broken relationships, whether with others or with God. It’s God’s way of bringing us back together and asking us to do the same with each other. Corinthians 5:18
Obedience in Prayer
Listening and Following - Obedience in prayer means trusting God and doing what He says when we pray. It’s about listening to Him and following His guidance. 1 John 5:14
Sonship
Being God’s Child - Sonship means that through Jesus, we are adopted into God’s family. We’re His beloved children, with all the love and care that He as the Perfect Parent provides.Galatians 3:26
John y Susie
Juntos tenemos más de 23 años de experiencia en servicio internacional y desarrollo comunitario. Fundamos y fuimos pioneros en FAROS Internacional este 2023 como una continuación de los proyectos que comenzaron en Colombia, América del Sur en el pueblo de San Basilio de Palenque en 2010. Casa de Luz en Palenque es el campus sudamericano de FAROS, Vida Ranch en el norte de Texas es nuestra base. Desde estos sitios viajamos a naciones en América Latina, África, Reino Unido y Europa y más allá enseñando y asesorando a líderes nativos equipándolos para servir en sus contextos desafiantes. ¡Decimos “Sí” a la Comisión de Jesús a las Naciones!

Amamos a las naciones del mundo. Entendemos la gran comisión que nos hace ir a Jerusalén, Judea, Samaria, y hasta lo último de la Tierra, predicando el evangelio a toda la creación. Cualquier oportunidad que tengamos de impactar las naciones para Jesús damos lo mejor de nosotros para decir “Sí” al llamado de Dios. Las naciones pertenecen a Jesús.
Krista
Como hija de misioneros, pude unirme y servir a las naciones. La misión de Dios está profundamente arraigada en mi corazón. Las oportunidades para ministrar y servir a la gente ocurren en todo el mundo si estamos dispuestos a decir “¡Sí!” a Dios. Nuestra familia FAROS dice “¡Sí!”.
